A Message from the Director
|
Welcome to the IIT Interprofessional Projects Program. We appreciate your interest in learning more
about this concept we call “IPRO.” As you will learn, we are passionate about the value of the IPRO
experience.
Since its inception in1995, the IPRO program has provided IIT students an educational experience that
has a unique and unrivaled emphasis on interprofessional team projects. Students emerge from their
IPRO-course experiences prepared to make early and substantive contributions in their chosen professions.
Many organizations have benefited from their role in the IPRO experience as well—through interactions
with our teams as sponsors or by hiring IIT graduates.
As you explore the links on this website, I hope you will feel the energy, creativity and excitement.
I’m confident you will discover numerous examples of how individual students, sponsors and faculty have
been—and continue to be—inspired by the performance of our IPRO teams.
