The Project Plan is a useful tool to focus a team’s thinking about the problem and its stakeholders, define tasks, organize into groups, assign responsibilities to individuals, and establish a process for accountability that can guide the team throughout the semester.
The Project Plan defines what is to be accomplished by the IPRO team and the initial roles and responsibilities for each team member. While the Project Plan may change as additional work is done, an initial effort at creating it is a valuable way to advance toward desired goals.
