Around the middle of the semester, IPRO instructors are encouraged to involve their IPRO teams in peer evaluations. These can be very important in flagging issues associated with individual contribution to team effort, a useful gauge of individual performance as an input to grading, and an opportunity for students and instructors to review individual progress as a team member and identify strengths and weaknesses associated with individual performance, including opportunities for improvement the rest of the semester.

An online Peer Review System was developed for quicker and more efficient peer evaluation process. This system offers quick access for students to enter feedback and faculty to view detailed and summary reports. Both students and faculty can log in to the system by simply using their iGROUPS username and password. The system has been in use since Summer 2007 semester and it has shown to be a successful tool for the IPRO program.
