IPRO project teams grapple with ethical issues in two contexts:
- How are the team members going to relate to each other in a manner that is fair, equitable and honest? (Teams were asked to address this in their Project Plan.)
- What are the ethical challenges embedded in the particular project in which the team is involved?
The Ethics Reflective Report is an individual deliverable rather than a team effort. Each member of the IPRO team discusses these two questions in the report, which is viewed solely by the instructor, allowing for better in-depth discussion about ethical issues that are encountered the the context of the project.
