Project Plan – an outline that defines what is to be accomplished by the project team and the initial roles and responsibilities for each team member.
Midterm Reviews – 10-minute, fast-paced presentations intended to be highly interactive and encourage technical information exchange that can elevate all IPRO teams engaged in similar investigations.
Ethics Reflective Report – an individual report written by each team member that discusses two ethical dilemmas: one internal and one external to the team.
Abstract/Brochure – a one-page summary of the project accompanied with images related to the project or the team.
Poster – a visual aid for IPRO Day exhibits that displays graphs, charts and information about the project.
Final Presentation – a 20-minute presentation with slides and other visual aids that reports on work completed by the team (delivered during IPRO Day).
Final Project Report - a written summary of the project work completed by the team. (Can also be a grant report or business plan depending on the project topic.)
Optional
Peer Reviews – online surveys through which students can rate their peers on 20 different rubrics.
Meeting Minutes – reflect the topics discussed, the critical decisions made, and the tasks accomplished in the meeting.
Individual Reports – a write-up about the student’s personal goals, achievements, and opinions on their projects.
Website – a public record of the team’s accomplishments by representing the heart of the project and the significant technical challenges to create and maintain it.
Work Product CD – contains all of the work product that was produced by the team in addition to the deliverables, i.e. survey and focus group results, correspondence with consultants and/or sponsors, etc.
